Zoie & Phil by Laura Dittmann

these two + adventures.
if you've seen me with my camera you know that I'm willing to climb, wade, crawl, squeeze & generally do whatever it takes to get the shot. there's nothing better than shooting with a couple who is just as adventurous!

I've known Zoie for a number of years through Jamii & her work on the Esplanade, so the chance to shoot her engagement photos & upcoming wedding was an absolute delight. she has always been a beaming bright smile in my photos from the Esplanade, & I was so excited to capture that grin with the man who makes sure she's smiling always.

it was frigid & the paths were covered in ice. the wind was howling on the waterfront, but Zoie & Phil radiated warmth. I simply can't wait to take these two out into the warm spring air for their wedding photos - they deserve it!

Fullerton-Shirey Family by Laura Dittmann

I love travelling down to Pittsburgh to visit my nephew & in-laws; it's a city of hidden gems & kind folks (just as I like it).
This trip was particularly special because I met the Fullerton-Shirey family who showed me around the picturesque Phipps Conservatory. I was captivated by little Maria's bright eyes & serious but playful spirit, & we had a blast exploring the grounds together.

Jay & Krista by Laura Dittmann

Since I met Jay through the Mindful Society, I knew I was in for a really special (& mindful) day when he asked me to shoot his wedding. It was simple perfection - a groom in bare feet, a ceremony duet, & an adventure into the brush topped off a perfect day on Algonquin Island.
Batman was a bonus.
